I actually didn't like the Tomb Raider reboot.  This was already guessed though so I'll copy/paste my reply.

Nope.  You could say that Tomb Raider took the open world style of the Assassin's Creed games and update its gunplay system to what we see on current games, but that's it.  The reboot in question has taken ideas dealing with gameplay from three seperate franchises/games.

Ninja Gaiden?

No, but combat is similar.  Stylish action style.  Also remember, combined gameplay taken from three different highly rated titles/franchises.
