You clearly haven't play Killzone 2 or Killzone 3 if your making that judgement..its not as good as Halo but it is far better than games like Borderlands or Farcry. 

2 is the best out of the series so I'll give you that. My main point is that those games I mentioned actually had an impact on the Fps genre. Give or take FarCry3.
