I agree... I hate framerate issues so I expect IW to fix it (before I buy the game maybe next week).
I was just pointing that some guys says that the resolution didn't affect the gameplay but in the case of sniper kills it is affected by resolution... it is hard to aim with lower resolution.
The best is have both... 1080p and solid 60fps.
