I just bought Killzone Shadowfall and I'm really not all that impressed. Don't get me wrong, it does look a whole lot better than current gen games, but I only really noticed when jumping directly between Halo 4 and Killzone Shadowfall by switching the inputs back and forth (yes, I was that curious to see the difference). I guess it's also because lately I've also been playing some PC games such as Bioshock Infinite and BF3 ( yes I am pretty behind), but yeah I really wasn't all that impressed with the game.

Ryse, on the other hand, just pops out as looking next gen. IMO, it looks better than any game out there including the PC games. However, admittedly I've yet to see the game in person and I'm just judging the games graphics from the youtube videos I've seen.

If you think otherwise, watch the video below and if it doesn't change your mind you're probably in denial.

I totally respect your opinion, but to say Ryse looks better than any other game out there including PC games is ABSURD....but feeling it looks better than KZ:SF is fine. But compared to like Metro or Crysis 3 on PC for example...both DWARF Ryse or KZ:SF....

Yes, I dare say it does look better than those games. The comparision with Crysis 3, however, is admittedly a stretch and my stance probably has to do with my preference in terms of graphics. I much prefer Ryse's realistic design. Crysis 3 definitely looks impressive with the amount of detail on screen, but there are many texture that just don't look realistic  and somewhat ugly which ruins the whole presentation.
