Dude I frikin bought the PS3 to play Graces F and Xilia (which was just announced for localisation at the time). Then they hit me in the face with a metric ton of awesome. While I originally had the 360 for the JRPGs (Vesperia, Star Ocean, Magnacarta 2), the PS3 gripped me by the balls and violated me with JRPG overdose while the 360 faded into obscurity. Now I am indeed a changed man.

Amen brother! I have all those game on my 360 too! I even got the not so great ones like Infinite Undiscovery and the Last Remnant... Magnacarta was the last JRPG on the system sadly.

At the time I thought it was just a hiatus so I waited.

And waited...

And kept waiting in vain for the next JRPG...

All for naught: Microsoft had finally thrown in the towel and gave up on the Japanese market.

Luckily they were all coming back to the PS3 (which I bought day 1 for the non-existence JRPG) so it wasn't a negative for me!

OT: I'm hoping they localise this, but with Namco its not a certainty... especially when we're going to expirience a transitional year follow by an obseletion year for the PS3 and I don't see this game coming westward before 2015.

Yeah I have Infinite Undiscovery too, as well as Lost Odyssey. IU was not too good though and I never really finished it. I loved the heck outta Star O, Vesp and MC2 though.

PS3 is where its at now. I hope the trend continues on to PS4. Can you imagine a next gen JRPG? My mind would be destroyed.
