Even if they reset your password and you forgot what birthdate you put in, you can email Sony Customer Care and they'll ask you to send them a valid picture of your ID to verify your age. 2-5 days later you'll get a password reset link in your inbox. Simple! Happened to me once and they were very quick to help.
