The biggest thing about Miyamoto is that he's still very humble and doesn't want the "star power" that other western developers jump after.
Everyone says Miyamoto is rich from his games, etc etc, but he doesn't want that and prefers a normal life.
According to IMDB: "On his own will, he doesn't receive a higher salary than the other developers on Nintendo"
You have to respect that, I have a hard time seeing all the other top developers doing that.
