Game is full of detail..as well as geometry. Thats apparent just from the screens. Didn't take long for the downplayers.

I'm not downplaying anything. I say the game looks really good. The artists just went for a simple and clean look. If it can maintain a stable 60fps framerate it will for sure be a much better game for it than if they tried to make it look photorealistic. It's the same reason why Super Mario 3D World looks really good as well.
