Just predicting that people will do something, or find something doesn't prove or disprove anything. And one species evolving does not preclude another species from evolving.

 

Neither does slapping together a butch of bones and make up a story proves or disproves anything.

And if all they had done was slap together bones you would have a point. But you don't know that that is what they did at all. You simply believe it because it is conveniant to your position. Or are you now claiming to have personally taken part in some sort of in-depth review of this case and have personally found factual reasoning for your conclusion? Can you even cite someone who has?

 It would seem fair that if I cite someone who has found and presented evidence to the scientific community for this case, that you could find someone who has presented evidence against it if you wish to dismiss its validity.  Unless you just wish to challenge science as a whole?
