Correct. I figured you'd get this one since it was earlier in your list. And yeah. For me I always get squad sight, gunslinger, battle scanner, opportunist, and double tap. Disabling shot would work well in multiplayer, but I feel that battle scanner is better. It makes the sniper incredibly powerful at mid to long range, or slightly weaker than a support class mid to close range. Pistols have infinite ammo as well, so it's atleast a decent powered weapon that's usable at all times.
The other thing is that snipers usually have better aim anyways, and you always get more accuracy when you're higher up, so damn good ground getting 10% more that's only useful in a really small amount of situations unless you're using armor. It might work in my favorite once in awhile, but rarely. Usually if I'm on the roof it's 100% regardless.
