Answer is Infamous 2.  I guess it's a little difficult.  I didn't want something too easy and thought someone would be able to get good sticky grenade, only if they took the meaning of good as good and evil.

In this reboot, everyone agrees this class is overpowered but usually gets this alternate skill when ranking up.  I happen to find the find the pistol skill more useful.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown, I presume.

If you're talking Gunslinger vs. Damn Good Ground, I'm with you on that one. I don't like having a sniper who is completely useless when on the move.
