Because the mods are biased and oppressive, and will defend Sony fans at all costs. Any mod who claims to be a fan of another company is merely acting.

Or maybe it's because it isn't their full time job to clean the forums and didn't know anything until you reported him.

Or maybe being biased isn't bannable offense, if not there would be a lot of people banned on lot of threads.
