its just a area of low pressure, spinning, because it got caught up between some frontal boundaries.
things that look like that occur on the west coast of the u.s. a lot during this time of year.

When hurricane Vince formed near England that was too far north, also I believe its a sub tropical low. I just read the discussion and it seems its a cyclone with a 1005mb pressure, and its trying to gain sub tropical characteristics, it was a cold front, now its a normal low in the middle of the ocean.

Looks stronger today than yesterday. Dont be suprised if we have Arthur soon.
