To be honest, I thought the PC was older, like Core 2/Pentium D old basing it off your old Geforce. :P

The CPU isn't that bad as long as he stays away from RTS's. 

And GTA IV, Battlefield 3/4 on a 64 player server. :P

Thanks. I keep forgetting that it's just not RTSs that have this issue with a bottlenecked CPU. 

His graphics card that he's going to get seems to be decent enough as it is.
