I'm sure Phil Harrison is a nice guy if you met him socially, but as a exec for Sony he was a PR *disaster*. Mr. Harrison was the poster child for Sony's arrogance and hubris in 2006-7 with his famous "rumble is a last-gen feature" excuse for why the original sixaxis controller didn't have Immersion's rumble tech in it. He's been just as much a train wreck for Microsoft with the XO too, I'm afraid.
