apparently, even though my old thread was posted in the sony discussion boards, some people took it for flamebait instead of a minor jab (which is how it was intended to be viewed as) and it was locked. so, due to tempers being high and tolerance being low, here is the pc version of my old thread (which is simply here to give patapon a sick high-five).

the "make patapon popular thread" is officially the number 1 reason why one of the most unique games of the last decade has gone on to sell 48,000+ copies and come in 9th in this weeks US sales chart. much to the delight of niche game lovers everywhere, it is seeing some solid sales. so hurray for that.
in other news, apparently, despite being on the market for 3 months, vgchartz has rockband on the ps2 as being a new release in the US. maybe some sales chart updates are in order?
