I got the XB1 hooked up and played for about 2 hours last night. Haven't even opened the games yet to give feedback on them. Downloaded a number of apps and have been playing Kinect Sports - the wave runner demo. I plan to get all of the configuring done today with the Direct TV and such. The download for the day one update only took about 5-7 minutes. It took another 5 minutes to install and reboot the XB1. I was a little surprised that all of the apps aren't really installed right away. You have to download them and install them. I will play around with it more today and let you know.
