He can buy from newegg if he wishes. In fact I'm from there and I can confirm you that the price is $110 for a new 7770 because if you look at the .ca tag it means that it's from a canadian domain.

If you can Op, get a refund, grab a Radeon 7770. :P

I'd recommend the OP get a used card from ebay but if he has some superstition about used cards then I guess an HD 7770 will do for the most part.

Another reason to like AMD is that they don't screw over the low end GPU users with rip off prices.
