DDR3 ?! That is whack bro. We all know that GDDR5 memory shits on everything so far in the market.

Well. No arguments from me there about GDDR5 > DDR3 with GPU's.
But, the Geforce 640 isn't really meant for gaming anyway, so the Ram type is really a non-issue in the end.

Heck, I sold my old 6950's that unlock into 6970's for $100 each, which is faster than the PS4's GPU.
