Can someone recommend a good anime for me?

Well, back in the day I used to watch a LOT of anime.
Especially when I first moved to the states, mainly because I didnt really know anyone yet.
Youtube was also still new and full of copyrighted materials so it was very easy to watch anime.

Well after a year or two , I finally started to fit in US society.
I learned to speak english properly, I went to school and got my first job in the US of A.
Afterwhich my anime days was but a distant dream.
Well now I finally have some free time, and I think its time for me to watch anime to my hearts content again.
its been awhile since I last watched a new anime, the only anime I've watched
recently are the ones I've been keeping up with(i.e. The weekly Naruto and Bleach episodes)

Well, right now I'm craving for a good romance, with some fantasy elements.
Since there seems to be a lot of anime fans here, I'm hoping you guy/girls can help me. ^_^

anime's I've really liked:

Fate/Stay Night
Kimi ga nozomu eien
Elfen Lied
Berserk
Hajime no Ippo
Fullmetal Alchemist
Full metal panic
Full moon Wo sagashite

I've seen and liked a lot more, but those are my favorites I can pull out from the top of my head.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ^_^
