It seems that Xbox One is sold out at every fisical retail since noon (local time). Fisical copies of Forza 5, DR3 and Ryse are also sold out, no copy of multplat games like AC4 or BF4 were available today.

I spoke to one of Xbox representatives at FNAC Morumbi, he said they sold 40 unities before midday, and FNAC Paulista more than 200. I asked if those where pre-orders but he confirmed that it was 40 sales. I didn´t inquiri further because I did not want to look creep.
