iFixit has done a teardown of the XBox One.
The network chip inside the XBox One is a Marvell 88W8897. Not surprisingly, It supports dual-band Wifi (802.11a/b/g/n w/ 2x2 MIMO). However, it also supports Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
I have not heard of any announcements from Microsoft saying that the XBox One supports either of Bluetooth or NFC, but if the hardware is there, they could definitely do some cool things with it.
