That's how any statistics are made... from millions cases you use only few samples.

But you have to have a proper sample. This is not a proper sample it couldnt be further from it. we are talking about 10,000s of outlets. You are using hearsay from a few dozen. Complete and utter rubbish I am afraid and a waste of your and my time.
Lets wait for the official numbers shall we ? Or has someone actually got some proper concrete data on a decent enough scale to be worth consiering ?
