"Rip Off" - so its ok to rip off MK/Street Fighter but not Super Smash Bros? Nintendo doesnt have copyright on the genre or type of game, they have copyright on the characters and the content used within.

it was a Rip off, But even if you like it many others criticised it for it. Thats one reason it didn't sell so well imo

I didn't like the game, but it's not a ripoff.  It's clearly not a ripoff.  The graphical style looking similar to Smash is the only ripoff about it.  Oh noes.  Graphics look like Smash!  Ripoff!  Play the game and you might see how much it isn't a ripoff.
