It depends how they do thier logistics. Most likely the consoles that will be sold cmas eve are already in the pipeline. To me it depends if at launch they blewtheir load or only launch enough that they knew their infrastructure could support. Its entirely possible they have 4 million consoles produced and are allocated them in addition to current production for the ww launches and the holidays

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
