So I just got home from Gamestop trading in several games and two controllers.
Games:
GTA: V, FarCry 3, Batman Arkham City: GOTY, GOW: Judgment, Battlefield 3, Soul Calibur V
Those games with 2 controllers got me $110 for my account. How you ask?
Well being a PowerUp Rewards Pro member got me 10% more on trade ins. Then a coupon on their site for 5000 points got me an extra 50% for trade ins.
Plus when you trade in for certain games and accessories there's no tax included on that trade in. So I ended up buying Battlefield 4 and a $50 Xbox Live card without having to pull out my wallet.
So I wanna ask you guys, do you think that Gamestop is really cheating us out of our money? Or is it just programmed in our minds that we're being scammed?
