It's like waiting for the "Go" command. You need to wait for it to tell you it's ready to listen. You say "Xbox". Microphone pops up. That's the Xbox saying, "OK, I'm listening". Now tell it what to do. On an Android phone, you press the microphone button. Then when the Mic turns on, you tell it what to do. On a Windows Phone, you hold down the Windows button and when you hear the beep, you tell it what to do. You don't just say something when it's not even ready to listen yet. That is what they are doing wrong.
Anyways back to making fun of how people can't make Xbox do what they want with Kinect..
