I don't know how accurate their measurements are. My projector is rated at 22db and I can't hear the ps4 over that while gaming. Of course I sit under the projector, ps4 is at the other side of the room...
The ps4 makes less noise then my ps3 slim anyway. (and my phat 360 is in a different class altogether)
