well fact is I use voice command every day on all my device that allow it when I'm busy with my hands... which is pretty much all the time *wink*... if I drive I use voice command for my GPS and my phone for text.... if I game I use voice command for my phone for my text and if I'm doing anything in my house (smoking, cooking, cuddling, being on VGchartz, etc) I use Kinect to navigate the 360....

so yeah I couldn't do without voice command... yeah they are not perfect but there are tons of situation where they are by far the safest and easiest, most convenient way to do things especially if you are multi tasking.... I guess people not using them because they are just 75% accurate and not 100% are big mono taskers ;P

anyway if Kinect 2 is just 10% more accurate than the first one with a better noise cancellation process and way more commands across the entire console I'm glad to pay a 100 bucks for it... that's all I'm expecting and for me it is way more efficient than the pad in plenty of situations.... like right now I need to play the next episode on hulu plus, I'm at the computer (obviously) and the pad is like 20 feet away and turned off... yeap I just nexted it while typing anyone against kinect try to beat that with a pad.... now off to cook and I won't have to bother with the pad all night... saving time, power, and useless transportation of the pad in areas I don't need it to be...

voice command is a god send for people that actually know how and when to use it....

Good for you.

hell yeah lol :D

what I'm saying is I hope those people completely against voice command are not the same I see swerving on the road texting or trying to use their on board GPS system... those are the people that make me want to buy a massive dodge RAM with a huge fender....
USE YOUR GOD DAMN VOICE COMMAND or don't use your device while driving....

for the rest yeah it is not necessary but nobody can argue that having the option to command something hands free when your hands are already busy doing something else is better than having to stop one to do the other.... I can't see how you can argue against that... it's like saying paper mail is better for office communication than e-mail IMO....
