Have you visited many Japan Sales threads in the past year?
This time last year, I'd have completely agreed with you. Sony didn't have much in the pipeline and third party software wasn't really selling anymore. Neither is true at the moment, nor have they been for most of the year.
A game like Amazones is an even worse example. Vita has a pretty big back-catalogue of small, niche titles selling better than expected.
