I think the new teams are just taking their time SO ms has filled their line up with some third party stuff.
Have to remember that Zoo Tycoon and Killer Instinct are 1st party IP by other teams, and Quantum Break is joint 1st party IP with Remedy.
MS has lots of IPs and lots of studios they can form relationships with to put out games that will always be excusive to Xbox One.
