That's awesome. Nothing worse than waiting for something you already had to wait for, I remember when I got a broken HDTV from Amazon.com and they sent a replacement. It got there so fast, I hadn't even had time to box up the original. Good news, Sony. Besides, even if they fixed the consoles, in the back of customer's minds, they got a lemon. Better to just send the new ones. Early adopters are the most loyal and don't need to be treated like crap.
