I dont think that will be a problem, you will still find variety in the ps4 library as you would on the PS3.
The way I see it, most franchises in different genres other than shooters still mantain the relevance they did in the past except for the ones which quality went down, like Need for Speed or Tony Hawk games after the ps2 days
