SMT IV probably. Maybe I'm missing something because it's my first game in the series, but it seems like the level they expect you to be when you get to certain points in the game (generally boss battles) is ridiculous.
Still too discouraged to beat it :P |
I got my ass handed to me in the training parts... switched the difficulty to easy and never looked back :D
|
You can do that!? Well then...
|
Yup! Make sure you game over, go through that 8 second game over screen, pay him once. Next, die again and you get a free pass back to life with the easy difficulty... Some of the later bosses got harder, but I only died like 5-6 more times. One boss really gave me trouble, but I wasn't thinking through exploiting its weaknesses.

Ahh. That makes sense. I didn't want to pay him so every time it went to that screen I just restarted my 3DS lol

This is one of those games that really could have benefited from a soft reset. That game over screen is too damn long.

L + R + Select + Start = 3DS soft reset for any game
