If Pikmin counts as a RTS, then no.

Pikmin isn't an easy game, nor a hard one. The difficulty comes from time management and strategic thinking. I've played Halo Wars, and still no. Halo Wars is so easy it's almost bewildering.

XCOM is hard but awesome so it's ok.
