Ben V Trigger WORKS for gamestop, he said how great the momentum for the PS4 was in a different thread (this shows that he isn´t a butthurt XBox fanboy or whatever someone could come up with to discredit his observations)

And he happens to say that the Dead on arrival-PS4s are a problem, to what extent remains to be seen, so to be on the save side, everyone should get the extended warranty.
