A possible Tropical storm in march?

i dont think thats a tropical storm...
its too far north to develop into anything tropical,

its just a area of low pressure, spinning, because it got caught up between some frontal boundaries.
things that look like that occur on the west coast of the u.s. a lot during this time of year.
