Did use your ps4  vertical or horizontal ? I have noticed it gets hotter horizontalally

Mine was resting horizontally in a well ventilated area.

No idea what happened it didnt feel excessively hot or anything. It litteraly just died


The it was a fmv cutscene adds to my theory that gpu is the culprit, being apc gamer too it makes think heat when something shorts without warning i have gpu crash because of heat a couple of time

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
