Come on now dude. They are not at work 24/7 and I doubt they are that sad that they actually look into it.
I doubt its many, I doubt its a long term issue, but your friends can hardly know everything about their stores let alone thousands across teh country. Sure none were returned while they were at work or that they saw, but I doubt they are paying that kind of attention to the returns for 1 single product and are sitting in the CS area 24/7 since launch.
