What would you Rate the PS4 Launch Lineup?

I don't mean to take anything away from the competition but even with the PS4 falling short of expectations, it's still setting launch records even with a poor launch line up and mass hysteria over the .04% failure rate. Yes it is only a .04% failure rate. I shouldn't say only however because .04% of 1 million is still 40,000 failed units....

.04% would be 400 units.

4% of 1M is 40,000 units.

but yeah 0.04% is 400 units.
