Awhile back a Sony rep said that 1/3 of games are bought digitally so that would put software sales at 81k. He later said that %60 of all sofware sales are digital (this includes PSN only games) so that would put total software at 135k (feel free to check my math on that).
So software sales will never look great on VGChartz because they can't track the 1/3 digital sales on retail games and the sales of digital only games.

Also these reports were all the way back in march so the percentage may be even higher now.
