Regardless, the only thing that you need pay attention to is if Amazon stops sales on PS4. My Brother works at Target, his friends work at Bestbuy. Guess how many returns they have received after over 500+ units sold?

My friends uncles grandmas nephews best friends fiance  is working at best buy and they sold 1000 PS4s and guess how many returned their console  OVER9000.

Btw you do know that people are not forced to return a console within the first 3 days or so? + people buy christmas presents and some PS4s are not even opened yet. + a ton of them are on ebay right now and thats why noone knows if they are broken or not.
So your 0 means absolutely nothing at all.  Time will tell not some random guy at a random shop.

back on topic.

1200 Amazon reviews and 400+ with broken consoles... that is quite worrying. It was enough for amazon to stop selling them.

Also  reported does not mean = existing  just reported. When I buy something like a console I usually know how it works that pressing some buttons for a few seconds  resets video settings etc. I can also read the manual and if its not working I just send it back and get a new one. Why call the some incompetent manufacturer service hotline with people that have less of an idea whats going on than i do?

btw
Sony always knows how to twiste or at least hide things.
Shipped VS sold.
Footage directly captured from PS3 VS running in realtime on PS3.
(It can still be a UBERMEGAHYPERULTRA settings with 99AA downsampled from 8k and converted into the finest Bluray quality possible and then just run via the internal bluray player. It does not mean that its PS3 graphics)
And the reported stuff.
BONUS: We HAVE to make you pay for online because its to expensive for us (well then let the gamers host their own servers on their consoles and let friends join for free.  Keep the paying shit for people that care about competitions etc.)

its all damage control.

Clearly 0 means 0 even if annedoctal...

And 400 DOA on Amazon 100k sells would mean 0.4% so it's still inside Shu figures... so please go complain about a HW you won't buy elsewhere.
