MLB 08: The Show is by far the most realistic Baseball sim ever made.
The only thing I can think of that I have enjoyed as much than this game is MVP 2005. Its a very solid title and personally I think its a small system seller for Sony. I know a few big baseball fans that bought a PS3 over the difference between this and 2k.
