Seriously, you can't ask to unlock those GPU cores (if it was possible, but it's not) or overclocking any frequency.
The PS4 has already been measured at 140W of energy consumption. the air at the back vent is released at max 60°C and the PS4 body itself reaches 45°C. Don't you think it is already reasonably hot?
