That is unfortunate that they're having some frame-rate issues but these are launch games after all. It will improve over time just like Xbox One and WiiU will also improve in technical power. I never did understand everybody going up in arms over the resolution argument but just remember that these are new consoles that will take some time getting use to. Next year they will look and run better and the year after even better.
