Whatever you do stay away from the nvidia cards. (Their known to be shitty miners and plus I would rather start at litecoin seeing as how it's more memory intensive so that ASICs won't compete with GPUs. If your mining bitcoins then I'd rather go for an ASIC than a GPU.)
