It's a direct quote from the game. I think the one rather mocking phrase in there should easily give away the franchise.

That quote is from the intro to Chapter 7. Where you have to fly through a narrow canyon in a TIE fighter. In the video, which is the intro to Chapter 7, the part where the quote is spoken is at 1:33 onwards.
