For an open world game like this? Look at Dead Rising 3, that struggles to run at a constant 30fps in 720p...
Yeah, rock solid 30fps in native 1080p is impressive for an open world game of that scale.
The setup required to run the equivalent of such a game on PC, at rock solid 60fps, is quite costy in comparison. Just saying.
