Well, as long as it's vsynced, ideally 45-60 would look better and have better input latency overall. There would only be a problem if it tears like a mofo then the higher FPS would mean shit. 30FPS locked is acceptable, not optimal is pretty much it, there is no reason to make excuses for it, you take what you can get since it's an exclusive game.

It's just not a big deal. Better input latency is nice, but I see it as benefiting fighting, racing, shooting, and twitch action games more so than anything else.

Now, if Sucker Punch really, really amped up the combat for Second Son, I would take my words, pour some spicy mustard on them, and devour them in a matter of seconds.

Edit: Of course, I could simply be used to the 30 fps experience after all these years.
