I don't remember about ps fans bragging about 60fps but I clearly remeber about them bragging about 1080p.

It doesn't make sense does it? People brag about 1080p... even if it is 10fps.

If you've been keeping up you'd know that 30fps is the standard and that's what I've implied with the resolution. 

I feel as if people are either trolling or just don't get that fixed 30 is a good approach for most open world games.

Na, I asked them in person and they were targetting higher, they just didn't meet it is all, not a big deal if it's stable 30fps since it's on a console anyways.
